When will my order ship?
Our team is working hard to get your LitterCare Pro™ to you as quickly as possible. During normal periods, orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation email is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most customers can expect their order to arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
During high-demand periods, holiday seasons, or if LitterCare Pro™ is temporarily out of stock or available for pre-order, the estimated shipping timeframe will be shown on the product page.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Will my shipping time change during the holidays?
The shipping estimates above apply during normal periods. During holiday seasons or peak courier periods, shipping traffic may be higher than usual, which can sometimes cause delays.
